VENDOR CHECK-IN is at the 1st booth on the park side of Elmore Street nearest Woodson Ave. Check-in starts at 6am. Please wait to set up until after you have checked in and been assigned a spot. Constitution Hall State Historic Site was dedicated and opened to the public on June 24, 1995.
