Today was one of those beautiful fall days that made me wish I was tucked away in a little farmhouse kitchen somewhere along the coast of Maine. 🍂🤎

Noah Kahan playing in the background, sunshine pouring through the kitchen window, and me happily making tiny caramel apple pies. I was having my own little Erin French moment, and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier.

There’s just something about fall that makes me fall in love with baking all over again. The slower pace, the cozy feeling, and the simple joy of making something from scratch.

And these little pies? I think they might be perfect for the holiday table. All that caramel apple goodness wrapped up in one sweet little pie. 🥧

Just a little piece of Maine in my Indiana kitchen today.
