Today we’re announcing our Confection Crown Collection of our signature luxury chocolates. These hand crafted chocolates will start with our precious Ruby Chocolate strawberries, dipped in our decadent dark chocolate, filled with a fresh strawberry creme. Although, if you prefer the eloquent milk chocolate or the silky white chocolate dip, that can be arranged at no extra charge.

You can pre-order your Ruby Chocolate Strawberries for pickup on Feb. 12 or Feb. 13.

Ruby Chocolate is a new addition to the already popular types of chocolate (dark, milk, white). The manufacture, Barry Callebaut, a Belgian chocolatier, owns the “trade secret” in the process of using Ruby cocoa beans for the uniquely natural flavor & color of Ruby Chocolate.

Today we’re adding some filled chocolates to our menu.

Peanut Butter Creme, Caramel Creme, Orange Creme, Maple Nut Creme, Peppermint Creme, Chocolate Creme and Pistachio Cream are this week’s new flavors.

They are available in boxes of eight or twelve pieces.

They can either be local pickup/delivery or shipping (UPS or USPS).
