Hey guys, I hope you're well. This message goes out today to announce the coming closure of the Wizard's Nook. Its been an amazing 5 years, and I wish we could keep going, but the reality is that I've been sinking just about every resource available to me (time, money, energy, sanity, my relationships, and even my own vehicle) into the store, but sometimes you just have to realize when something isn't working, and move on. This was the hardest lesson for me to learn. I thought that if I just changed things another time or tried something new that it would work out, but it appears that my solutions weren't effective enough to keep us going. It isn't all bad, however. I got to meet you guys and I gained tremendous knowledge on this journey. Some folks may consider this is a failure, and I suppose in a way it is, but failure is growth. I'm proud of myself for taking this venture and doing as much as I could with it. I started the Wizard's Nook with $8,000 and turned it into $340,000+ in 5 years. That's incredible considering I have no formal business education. But the hobby industry is voracious and these are especially hard times. I'm honestly surprised we did as well as we did. Some of you met me in the back alley of the trenton store to buy DnD books and board games when we were closed for COVID. That was rad, and you're awesome people for helping us get that far. Also, I 100% would like to keep the discord running if you guys will still use it. It seems like people enjoy being here and I don't want to take that away if I can help it.
Additionally, here are the details of the closure:
Hours are now from 11-6 mon-sat until we liquidate
Product will be 25% off
[10:50 AM]
Any fixtures you may be interested in are also for sale.

And lastly, thank you all for the love and support you showed me. It grew me in ways you'll never know.
