Because of supporters like you, Jack’s House has raised close to $200,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association of Indiana. Our annual fundraising event will take place on February 21, 2026, at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds, featuring our euchre tournament, dinner, and silent auction and you are invited! Doors will open at 2pm and games will begin at 3pm.

Alzheimer’s changed our family. It didn’t take Jack’s love or humor, but it made every day harder. We’re turning that pain into purpose.Your support means the world. 💜
We need your help to make this another successful year, as progress was made last year on getting closer to having a cure for this horrible, memory-stealing disease. I’m sure by now you know someone who has been affected by Alzheimer’s and realizes how hard it is on the family, too. We want to stop this before it hits the next generation. Please help us!

Players are needed for euchre, and it’s $50 per team of 2, which includes dinner provided by Lebanon Milky Way and the Forsythe Family.

We are also looking for table and event sponsors. Table sponsors are $50, and Event Sponsors are $100. You tell us what you want on your banner - we can honor a loved one who has or is fighting Alzheimer’s, or we can promote your business!! The table sponsor banner fits a card table, and the Event sponsor banners are bigger and will be hung around the room and will also be on the slideshow throughout the event.

Silent auction items are needed, such as a new item, gift card, or cash to purchase an item - everything is appreciated!

We hope we can count on your help this year to continue our fight for a cure for Alzheimer’s!
