The DTF setup just got even better 🙌🏻🔥

Everything is officially wirelessly connected and running through a queue system now 👏🏻👏🏻

That means faster workflow, smoother production, and being able to keep multiple jobs moving at once without all the chaos 🤭 Between the embroidery machines, heat presses, and now the commercial DTF printer running in sync, things are getting serious around here!

One of my biggest goals has always been bringing more production in-house so I can control quality, turnaround times, and keep creating unique things for y’all. Seeing orders automatically queue up and print feels like a whole new level for Ginger Baby Designs 🖤

We’re still working through pricing updates (yes… lower pricing is coming 👀) and getting turnaround times nailed down, but I’m SO excited for what’s ahead.

We had a bird saga with baby birds chirping nonstop for two weeks - right above my computer 🤣. Chase and I ended up with a bird feeder for our new friends in flight 🐣🦜.

The kids fishing day in St. Paul is one of our favorite traditions!

It’s the first Saturday in a while that I won’t be at the shop. We will be enjoying the Clinch River Days festivities and doing Mudcat football/cheer sign ups, along with selling tickets for the Father’s Day Fundraiser!

🚨 BIG NEWS AT GINGER BABY DESIGNS 🚨

The commercial DTF printer is officially IN THE BUILDING 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Now I just need to get the guys to help me move this beast into place so I can start getting everything connected and rolling 🤭

I’ve been working behind the scenes on updating pricing (cough lower cough) and figuring out turn around times now that we’ll be doing even MORE in house 👏🏻

I think Matt and Michael are probably most excited that they won’t be cutting 200+ feet of transfers for me anymore 😂

Y’all know I like to do things my own way and carve my own path — so being able to bring DTF printing in house is SO exciting for Ginger Baby Designs 🖤

Also… the amount of shirt boxes showing up right now is getting slightly out of control 😅
Pretty sure some of these stacks are pushing 5 feet tall already 📦📦📦

Big things are happening around here and I can’t wait to show y’all what’s coming next 👀
