Dear Bin There Dig That community,
We have some difficult news to share. Due to unforeseen challenges with our supply line, and recent changes in our store's operations, Bin There Dig That will be closing its doors.
Over the past year, we strived to bring you the best discount shopping experience possible. Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control made continuing operation unfeasible. This was not a decision we made lightly.
During this journey, we had the opportunity to hear from many of you - your insights, experiences, and feedback shaped our store and helped us improve. We took every bit of your feedback to heart and did our utmost to accommodate change where we could.
However, we must address an issue that's been difficult for us. There were instances when the feedback we received veered into a more negative and hurtful territory instead of constructive criticism. As a local, family-owned business, this negativity had a significant impact on our online presence and ultimately our operations.
We understand and appreciate that customers have high expectations and the right to express their views. But we would like to take this moment to urge kindness, respect, and support for your local businesses. They are the backbone of our community and, just like us, they thrive on constructive feedback and the continued loyalty of their customers.
Let's remember that behind every small business are families and individuals who pour their heart and soul into providing the best service and products they can.
On a brighter note, we will continue to operate our sister store, Wholesale Pallet Outlet. We hope to see many of you there, offering you the same quality of service and products you've come to expect from us.
In closing, we express our deepest gratitude to each of you. Your support and loyalty have been our driving force and motivation. We will cherish the memories and friendships we made along this journey.
