Black Toad Spagyrics represents our first extension into the arcanum of practical plant alchemy as outlined in the works of such noted herbal alchemists as Paracelsus, Valentinus, and the modern works of Manfred M. Junius coupled with our own diverse knowledge of wort-cunning and witchcraft as well as our library of antiquarian herbals. Each spagyric tincture or extract undergoes a seven stage alc

hemical transformation over the span of several lunar cycles; at a most potent ratio of 2:1, carefully allowing the separation of the Tria Prima, or three prime alchemical principles of Salt, Mercury and Sulfur present in the 'materia plantae'. The maceration process lasts for at least one full alchemist's month (forty days) and then the 'caput mortis' is ready to be calcined to the remaining essential salts and recombined so as to finally join all essential parts of the wort into one distinct marriage of spiritual quintessence. What is offered is not only a tincture or extract of great value physically, but an alchemically perfect elixir that acts upon the individual's soul directly with the proper approach, observing in the experience and focused study of the multifaceted and symbolic language of the plants.
