ers containing other manufacturer’s products such as Rack Mount Monitoring Systems (SKF, Bently Nevada, IRD), MIM’s (Machine Interface Modules), LMU’s (Local Monitoring Units), Turbine Governor’s, and Compressor Controls. Products are integrated into Rittal or Hoffman Panels or other types if required by the customer and provided with pre-wired terminals, power distribution, labeling, ground bars, smoke detectors, temperature detectors, and other items as required by the customer. Complete design and drawing packages are provided in AutoCAD. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer inspection scheduling are provided at the customer’s request. Customers have included Aramco, Chevron, BHE, Brown and Root, Wyle Labs, Amoco and Ebara. Providing an integrated system will provide you with a more complete solution, STI offers an application note on how to specify a custom panel and also provides a checklist to make it easier for you to get all the information we need to bid the project. STI can provide onsite service at any site in the United States for help with installations, system testing and troubleshooting.

Assembly Technician
STI Vibration Monitoring | League City, Texas

STI Vibration Monitoring is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assembly Technician to join our team at our League City, Texas facility. This is a full-time, in-person position offering an opportunity to build valuable technical skills while working in a clean, organized, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building and assembling products, learning new equipment and processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and like working with tools and technology, we encourage you to apply.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in hands-on technical work, manufacturing, electronics assembly, and learning modern production technologies including 3D printing. No two days are exactly the same, and there are ongoing opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the company.
Training will be provided for motivated candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do
Assemble electronic and mechanical products and components.
Use hand tools and soldering equipment.
Assist with molding and 3D printing operations
Work with modern manufacturing tools and production equipment.
Receive and organize incoming materials and inventory.
Package and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Support daily shop and production operations

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Some college, vocational, or technical training preferred.
Experience using hand tools required.
Soldering experience preferred.
Experience with molding or 3D printing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the day.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to lift and move boxes, parts, and materials as needed.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Position Details
Full-Time Position (40 Hours Per Week)
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
