ome extra money to help pay for my kids extra curricular activities.Every order is made by me! Cutting, sanding, painting is all done by me! Because of this, there is a little bit longer turn around time, but I promise you that it will be well worth it! And I stand behind everything I make 100%!!! HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? All orders must be paid for in advance. I do not start any order until the invoice has been paid. Once it has been paid, the turn around time is usually 10-14 days then it will be shipped or arrangements can be made for you to pick it up or for us to meet up. I accept FB pay, PayPal, Venmo or cash. You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit your payment. Due to the fact that I have been getting several more orders over the last few months (yeah!!) ALL INVOICES will be cancelled within 1 week if they are unpaid. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! There are also no refunds available. But if there is something that you really just don't like, please let me know & we will see what we can do. :) I want to make sure that my customers are happy!!!! CUSTOM ORDERS: I love taking custom orders & there is no additional charge to do this! I have people send me pictures or just tell me something that they want all of the time!!!! When you do have a custom order, I need to know the colors you want & also the exact size in order for me to give you a quote on pricing. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? Since I make everything to order, I rarely have inventory. Most orders take 10-14 days from the day the invoice is paid to complete. Please remember that this is not my only job & that I also have a family that comes first in my life. I usually work on orders at night when the kids are in bed, & on the weekends between other stuff we have going on. I LOVE my crazy life!!!!! MY CRAFTS: As I said before, everything is made by me! I work with a lot of wood, & with that there are some imperfections, knots & things of that sort. I think that it adds a little something special to the project so keep in mind that each one is going to be a little different. If you are looking for a more manufactured look, what I have to offer, probably isn't for you. Any of the projects that have paper or ribbon on them, please know that the paper & ribbon styles & colors can vary depending on availability. I do always try to stick to the same color scheme, unless you have ordered something specific. I do all sorts of crafts!!! Take a look at my pictures to see some of my items. Seasonal items are only available during that specific season. Once it gets close to the end of a specific season, I will usually post a deadline to order things. Most everything else can be ordered at any time. SALE ITEMS: Sometimes I will have a sale on certain items, or I will have the holiday items that I used as an "example" on sale either close to, or right after the holiday. So be sure to check frequently so you don't miss anything! I also like to do contests as a "Thank You!" to all of my awesome fans!!! SHIPPING & PICK UP: All shipping costs are an estimate. Since I ship so much I usually have a pretty good idea of the cost to ship an item. If you would like to make arrangements to pick up an item, that can easily be done! I live in Layton & work in Bountiful & I have a lot of customers that pick up from both of those places. Also, if I have a few orders that are in the same general area I can meet up with you, If we do make arrangements to meet up I will only be there for 15 min, so please make sure that you are on time.
