Giant Flea & Me As a kid I learned to love auctions from Grandad and now I putter around auctions finding interesting things.

I loved going to flea markets with him, at night he would say "If you hear the giant flea fly over tonight, we will have a good day tomorrow." One of my hobbies is going to auctions, a passion I learned from my Grandad and Dad. I hope to use this page to not only share some of my finds, but to also highlight some of the stuff I am selling to make room for more finds. I also plan on using this plac

e to share stories, maybe teach about auctions or a place for you to tell me things you are looking for so I can keep an eye out for deals. Auctions are my hobby and my attendance is dependent on my job and my family which are my first priority. So there will be times that I will be on hiatus, but soon the itch will take over and I will be back on the hunt.

At an auction, I got large group of vintage coffee percolator parts.

Pump 6 3/4" tall and a little under 4" wide at the base. Measurement from the top of the stem to the strainer stop is 2 3/4" and from strainer stop to bottom is also 2 3/4" Condition: I have felt all the edges and found no large chips or cracks, small rough spot on the bottom edge. | eBay!

Page 8--Janet Leigh as Meg in Little Women and Antoinette of France, neither in the correct spot. Both have sequins and partial feathers, neither has been used. Page 5--Two Little Girl with a Little Curl Dolls, one in correct spot and another in a spot for another doll. | eBay!

Really cool vintage Thermos Carafe I recently picked up.

Thermos Coffee or Tea Glass Carafe, Model 820, with glass inside marked "Made in West Germany". Carafe is 10 1/2" tall and 6" wide at the base. The glass insert is intact, the stopper still has seal and closes. | eBay!

Very special and rare item that I picked up at an auction.

The mug is in very good condition with minimal condition issues. There are two small dings on the bottom of the mug, a very small chip on the outside rim that I only discovered when running my hand along the rim. | eBay!
