📢 Calling Out MobileX for Dealer Recognition! 🚨

Hey everyone, I want to bring something important to light regarding MobileX and the way they support (or rather, don’t support) their authorized retailers. Stores like Telecomkings LLC handle the majority of activations, support, and customer service—yet when you search for a dealer on the MobileX website, it only points to Walmart.

The reality is, Walmart sells the SIM cards, but who do customers turn to for activation, porting, and real service? Independent dealers like us! We do the heavy lifting to ensure customers get the best experience, yet MobileX won’t list or recognize us properly.

This lack of visibility and support hurts both dealers and customers. If MobileX continues to ignore its independent retailers, they’ll experience more customer churn—because after visiting and calling Walmart they direct you to download an app to start your service. Customers will struggle, and without dealers, they may end up leaving MobileX entirely.

We need MobileX to recognize and support their top-performing dealers! Give us the visibility we deserve so we can continue providing the best experience for your customers.
