TailoredByU.com - Morning Run!! Yup she did that, not to only look good in a dress, but to release those non-physical toxins; the unhealthy stuff that you carry in your mind and in your soul. Like my friend Deidre Bembry said, “let go of stuff, watch it fall, let it break and clean it up later”. I felt light as a feather running this morning because I’m not holding on to a damn thing that does not benefit me or my family and I may not even waste my time going back to clean it up, I’ll just let the wind blow it away 🤣 Baam💥💥
