Catherine O'Hara has died at the age of 71. O'Hara was known for her appearances in movies including 'Beetlejuice' and 'Home Alone', as well as her Emmy-winning role as Moira Rose on the TV sitcom 'Schitt's Creek'.

MudWorks Pottery reminder that the North Carolina Arts Adventure Tours will continue this weekend 10/25 and 10/26. We will also be open on Sunday 10/26. The hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. We are located at 218 Mabe Dairy Rd. Laurel Springs, N.C. 28644. Hwy. 18 and 221 are open and will take you to 113. Once on 113 simply follow the signs.

MudWorks Pottery would like to thank all who came this weekend to N.C. Mountain Arts Adventure Studio Tours. We will be open again next weekend Oct. 25th, 26th, and 27th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Hwy 221 and 18 are open out of Sparta. When you reach Hwy. 113, follow it to Mabe Dairy Road. We are located 218 Mabe Dairy Rd. Laurel Springs, 28644. Hope to see you soon.
