Participants will be guided through a two hour meditative event beginning with a cup of ceremonial-grade Guatemalan cacao, then moving into a meditation focused on bringing awareness, compassion, blessing, and balance, then, finally, transition into intuitive art-making, allowing space for personal reflection, creative expression, and connection.
