Last night I celebrated 46.
But something deeper happened.
In the middle of dinner, laughter, and candles… a real conversation sparked about self-worth. About standards. About what it truly means to love yourself.
Books were purchased.
But more importantly, minds were opened.
“Love Yourself or Flatline” is not a cute title.
It’s a decision.
To love yourself means:
• Accepting how God created you.
• Honoring your boundaries.
• Refusing to shrink to be chosen.
• Choosing discipline over dysfunction.
• Choosing peace over chaos.
The “flatline” isn’t just physical.
It’s spiritual.
It’s emotional.
It’s what happens when you keep betraying yourself to survive environments you were never meant to stay in.
When you silence your intuition.
When you abandon your standards.
When you alter who you are just to be accepted.
Scripture reminds us:
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20
You were not created to self-destruct trying to be loved.
You either accept the design God gave you…
Or you slowly disconnect from the life you were meant to live.
At 46, I don’t preach what I don’t practice.
The world doesn’t need a smaller version of you.
If you’re ready to stop performing and start living aligned, this book is for you.
Available on Amazon and on my website.
Love yourself.
Or flatline.
