It's with a heavy heart I'd like to announce I'm closing this business. It's been 2 years I've been trying to start a side job in addition to my fulltime job to earn some extra $ because I'm struggling to live. The truth is I've dumped thousands into it already and I've spent countless nights in my kitchen creating art people aren't buying or even talking to me about improving. I've given away over 1/2 my inventory free and all I've asked is for are reviews, thoughts, and alittle page interaction to make my product better and increase word of mouth. Word of mouth is all I have. I'd like to point out, I've spent over $1200 in unscented wax alone. Forget what goes into the wax to make a candle, the 2 week drying time, the equipment i purchased, vendor event fees etc. You wouldn't believe how hard it would be to get a few people to like a post or share, take a scroll through this page if your needing a visual. I don't have what it takes to be a small successful business owner. Truthfully I've only twice ever made my money back with a small profit during the Largo Playcon events. Every other event I've signed up for I've taken a financial hit. Its aburd some of the fees people ask for. St Pete Prides fee last year was $360 and I made back $40. If you need to read that again. No you didn't read that wrong. I was debating closing down after this weekend vendor event at DK Farms that I had already prepaid to attend. I did bad this last weekend and at this point my spirit can't take much more failures. If you were one of the few who showed me some ❤️ I'd like to personally thank you for the hope you gave me.
