Good evening Team Herr supporters! We have received quite a few messages from customers concerning our website, which has recently not been allowing customers to complete the check-out process. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. It turns out that the payment processing company we had been using, Stripe, does not support businesses that sell fi****ms. Not a problem (we thought), since we sell holsters, not fi****ms themselves. We explained this to the company, and they responded with the following:

"While we recognize that your business does not sell fi****ms, sadly our financial partners look primarily at the products you provide as associated with weapons. They view your business as falling so close to the realm of a weapons company that they have classified it as one and have adamantly denied us the ability to support it."

We were disappointed in this for several reasons...one, because their list of prohibited businesses does not state this clearly (it lists fi****ms dealers, but not holster manufacturers or anything similar), and two, because it's a shame that they are "adamantly" against supporting not only a Constitutional right, but also a veteran-owned small business that is in no way selling a regulated or illegal product. And of course, while we work this out and switch to a different payment processing option, and possibly a whole new web host, we hate the idea of inconveniencing our customers in any way. We really appreciate all of you and hope to make the ordering process an easy one in the very near future.

Hello THCS supporters, I know I've been absent from this page lately, and I apologize. I've been spending the last few months getting another business venture (North Tower Studio) off the ground, but we are now resuming operations here at Team Herr.
I'm back in the workshop, guns up, ready to fire. Thanks for all of your support at every stage.

Hello friends of Team Herr! We know it's been awfully quiet on our social media front, and we do apologize! Ever since Chris's exit from military life and his move back to Michigan, he's been busy spending time with family, setting up shop, and then pausing on THCS operations while we get another big project off the ground. More on that later, but it involves a big amount of construction in our basement.

But, we've still got this business on the brain, so I (Christina) was very amused, but not too surprised when I got these pictures from Chris this morning, with the text:
