Meet 208. She is looking for her new owner, a person that enjoys living above, or in the trees, looking out to the river and trail, light soaked peace inside, city vibrancy outside. If I wasn’t moving to Scotland next year, I would forever care for them.

It’s an investors win, but I think it would be dreamy to live in one loft and rent the other. The commercial tenant is lovely, no fuss with long term lease.

With deep gratitude and joy I say goodbye. I am off to the next adventure. I am moving to Scotland!

With deep consideration who could take over, I am absolutely thrilled to announce the new owner of GLOW inside & outside.
Meet Anne. I call her “Annie”, but I am not sure there is anyone else that does. She is smart, clever, hilarious, hard working, and I know will do an outstanding job caring for you.
It is incredibly heartwarming that the store is becoming employee owned.

You probably have met her before. If not in October Moon or GLOW over the years, maybe in the bar. We used to waitress and bartender together, over thirty years ago.

Don’t worry, GLOW inside & outside, will be bringing over some of our favorites from October Moon.

Bold, Unique, Vivid French Kitchen Towels— 100% cotton, made in France, and a line that’s been kickin it since 1833!

A husband wife duo started their work making these towels on the shores of Lake Gérardmer in the Vosges. Today, while still based in France, these gorgeous linens have brightened kitchens across the world, coming all the way to a small shop in Old Town Lansing.
