This Saturday: Recovery Gong Bath with Su Walenta 🌿
A gentle sound healing experience for anyone walking through recovery, healing, or personal transformation.

This space welcomes those in AA, NA, CA, sobriety, emotional recovery, grief healing, stress recovery, nervous system healing, and anyone simply needing a safe place to pause and breathe.

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all.
Healing is not always linear.
And you do not have to do it alone. 💚

During this 90-minute sound bath, Su Walenta will guide you through a calming experience using gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to support relaxation, grounding, emotional release, and inner peace.
