I don’t have all the answers….but in most cases I know who does. Today I sent this photo to Karen, Rae of Sunshine Acrylics, to get an answer about the chain. It’s pretty sweet to know the person behind so many in store items.

Class one tonight was butterflies. In a few different colors. This was a group of friends who booked this class together. I heard rumors that they might come back and make gnomes.
Speaking of gnomes….that is what our second class is up to. We have two sets of mother/daughters and two ladies who came on their own.
Maria helped me out with our funny photo of her. 🙂 It has become a post favorite.
I will add finished photos of the gnomes. I’ll try to get an actual class photo. Sometimes one or two get away. Ha!

We will be open at least until 8 pm this evening as we have two stained glass classes! You are welcome to pop in to shop...

Our next openings for stained glass classes are the Hummingbird as shown here. August 20th. We have openings at 4pm and 6:30pm. Cost is $45 per person. Everything you need is provided.

We will be welcoming the art of Donna Nicholson Stief into Pebbles & Lace Boutique. I first met Donna while we were in Lititz and our shop was able to participate in a Foundation started after the sudden and tragic passing of Donna’s son, Jack.
Here we are years later and we have social media connections. I began seeing watercolor works by Donna that made me pause. They were positively stunning. I simply had to reach out to Donna and see if she would be interested in our art to card program. Thankfully for us, she is!
Donna’s cards will mostly be Occasion Cards as we are both excited to provide the proper words for both happy and sad occasions.
I have a sampling with me now…but more and more are to come!
I don’t know about you but I really believe that art is a gift given twice: once to the artist…and then to the recipient.

Don’t forget to stop in between 2-5 today to choose a FREE GIFT from our table. It’s been super quiet today…but the rain seems to be moving on…so I will be EXTRA glad to see you. 😆
If you don’t come I’ll probably move some display from one place to another that will then necessitate something else moving and the dominoes will fall. Haha!!
