Since popping back onto Facebook several weeks ago, I have been struggling to find my inspiration in all things paint and imaginative.
While wracking my brain and trying to rediscover some of what was lost through the normal course of changes and growth, it occurred to me that reconnecting to those things shouldn’t come as such a challenge. It further opened my eyes to all of the new things that I have become passionate about in these last few years and that have turned a spark into a flame in my journey of learning and discovery. And, there is PLENTY!
With what I would consider to be a diverse number of new interests, passions and even a spiritual awakening of sorts, I’ve made the decision to shutdown my website in order to close one chapter as I begin to write another. This does not mean that I am closing the doors on creative skills and elements that fed my passion to fix and to make things, but a means of clearing one canvas to come back with even more wonderful items and ideas that reflect my journey of growth, and yes age, lol, and that simply speak to my heart more right now.
This page will remain active as a means of sharing updates and whatever this new path may yield. I’m certain a new website won’t be too far off into the future, as I have so much to say and to share but I believe I need a fresh space to do so in.
With all of that being said, my current website will become inactive at 11:59pm EST Friday, October 4th. There are still deeply discounted items available and an additional 20% off discount being applied at checkout, regardless of your purchase amount. Once the site is down, any remaining items will be shared here from time to time, but won’t be as accessible as they currently are on the website.
Although, this is the ending of sorts to what was once a new beginning, for me it’s a thrilling time filled with new possibilities, new learning experiences and is definitely a pivotal moment for me, as an individual. At one time, the thought of shuttering any facet of Urban once filled me with angst and a lot of unhappy emotions, but now it comes with a sense of joy and elation over all of the new possibilities.
