Please read our Housekeeping rules below! On request, checks will be written for any account over $20.00 (minus a $1.00 processing fee), but no matter what the balance in your account is, it can be used for in store credit at any time. Your items to be dropped off must be ready for the racks! Always remember to check the cuffs, armpits and crotch of pants/bathing suits. No missing parts, stains, rips, odors, etc. Please fold all your items neatly in your bag and if something has more than one piece, match it, especially children’s clothing. Shoes and footwear must be like new condition. AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH:
Make sure you speak with us when you drop off, do not drop and go!
1 UNSCENTED 13 GALLON BAG of clothing every other week No More than 7 of the same item per bag, for example, 12 pair of size 12 jeans, but 12 pair of different size is OK……OR 1 box of Household items, not a huge box. Do not put non clothing items in your bags.
***JANUARY: NO DROP OFFS, but feel free to call and check
FEBRUARY: Spring items, no winter outerwear, shorts, capri’s, tank tops or fleece. MARCH – JUNE: Summer items, shorts, capri’s sandals etc….
***JULY: NO DROP OFFS, but feel free to call and check
AUGUST- SEPTEMBER: Fall clothing….light sweaters, pants, flannels. Think back to school
OCTOBER – DECEMBER: Winter items
HOLIDAYS: 2 months prior to the holiday, but not the month of… ANY HOLIDAY ITEMS BROUGHT IN AFTER THE HOLIDAY WILL BECOME THE SHOP MERCHANDISE

ALL HOUSEHOLD ITEMS MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY STAFF, DO NOT PUT HOUSEHOLD ITEMS IN YOUR BAGS
ITEMS WE DO NOT TAKE and TRASH REMOVAL/CLEANING FEES:
Bras and underwear, socks, Bassinets, Incomplete Flatware/dish sets, Fish tanks & Fish Tank Supplies, Fur Jackets, Trench style coats/jackets, below the thigh (any season) Pillows, Pirated video/music, shower curtains, Dust Ruffles/Bed Skirts, Helmets of any type, Knick Knacks and trinkets unless unique, Furniture Covers, Books on Cassette, Crystal, Cut Glass, China, tea cups, Women’s Suits, Clothing items that are “vintage”, VHS Tapes, Formal Gowns....if you are unsure, ASK
$1.00 per item for unmarketable items, $1.00 per item cleaning fee (we do not clean clothing)
**This policy replaces all previous contract rules and we reserve the right to change it at any time without notice 1/1/26
We reserve the right to refuse any item we feel we cannot sell, for any reason. If your account sits idle for 3 months, monies will automatically become store credit. If it sits for 6 months it can be deleted. It is up to you to keep your account up to date. Items are left at your own risk, we cannot be held liable for theft, fire or damage.
