Fleabane or common daisy can be spotted asking the canal. Belonging to the aster family it's a vision of some of the boys showy flowers like sunflowers. Have you noticed the nice bright sunflowers that are at the entry to our driveway at the store. Funny story. Not so funny. We had sprinkled wildflower seeds in the hill. They had taken and were starting to grow. But in a lawn mower miscommunication the landscape understood to mow the hill. Remaining is that little crop. Oh well. Better luck next time. And better communication with man on mower.

Susan Forker is the artisan jeweler behind Joey Five Cents, she is inspired by the constellations and nature. Her jewelry is made from upcycled vintage illustrations. Her studio is in an old civil war era barn in Doylsetown, PA. There are lots of synergies with our store ( in a barn from the early 1800s. ) So when I saw her work it was just what I had been looking for. Come see the whole collection or shop on line. How can you resist these eyes? These guys always look like they just got in trouble, but it was not their fault. You just have to take pity on them. If you bring your kids to our big barn, one of their favorite activities will soon become counting all the bears of every type in the barn. Rest assured you'll get to shop while they count. And count and count. Little visitors are always welcome. We have lots of nature themed toys, puzzles and bedtime stories. Love of nature is everywhere in the store.
