T's Threads

T's Threads Fabric Handmade wares. Occasionally other forms of medium and jewelry. I started crafting when I was a kid. When Coronavirus hit, I felt the need to provide.

After I had kids of my own, I decided to make things for them. As time has passed, I have tried many different mediums to craft with. I started making clothes for my kids just for fun, and just a piece here and there. I pulled out my sewing machine and began to make masks. From March - May 2020 I donated about 1000 masks to the medical industry through We Can Sew which was started by a group of em

ployees within a local Denver Hospital. During the summer of 2020, I made another 500 masks that were donated for birthday parties, weddings, friends, neighbors, family. Then when school started, my kids classrooms got extra backup fabric masks as well. After I felt I had provided enough masks, I still had the urge to sew. I felt a need to create items that were reusable and more earth friendly. So I started making grocery totes and cross body purses. Most of my other items are made with smaller pieces of fabric that were scraps from bigger projects. I hope you find something for everyone on my page.

Hi everyone! I’ve spent the start of this year debating and planning what I want this year out of all of my crafts.
I do a lot of sewing, makings totes, purses, wallets, and keychains. I enjoy it!
I also make pottery, from bowls to plates, to hand building and sculpting.
I want to keep my pottery as a personal hobby and continue to learn more. I don’t think my quality is at the point that I feel good about selling.

So this is what I’ve decided:

I want to keep making totes and handbags on a hobby level. Just enough to support my fabric stash (and other crafting hobbies) and creativity to make new things. All while also providing the things people want.
I will post albums of all my fabric wares that are available for sale. Some items will only be available here and some are also listed on Etsy. If they are on Wtsy, I will share that as well.
Since I love pottery so much, I will share my pottery makings here like I have recently done. I only have a small availability of an item that I will sell. However, after that, it will be just me sharing my makes and creations!!

One last goodie, I will have occasional discount codes that are available to members of this group only!!!

I am trying to slowly build my Etsy shop back up. I actually had a very busy November, December, and January. I qualified for “STAR SELLER”!
Check out my Etsy. It’s limited in items now but it’s building up and I have many new creations in the works coming soon!!

Tried a new to me style of mug. It didn’t turn out well. I got this far, wrapped them up to slowly dry out a bit and the handles cracked apart. So I’m recycling the clay and will try again at a later date! Just had to share because things doing always go as I expect and I do sometimes fail. But I take the lesson and try again.

Starting the New Year off right with a new clay and a new bowl. I thought this was chocolate clay, but it’s very gritty so we will see how it turns out. Next week I’m going to add a peristalsis to the bottom of this bowl! Wish me luck!

I made gnomes. Scored some supplies from a neighbor and had everything else needed. I love it when a craft item doesn’t require a run to the store to buy more things!
