Here’s a recent project 👇

I got tired of constantly reconfiguring my kit every time I wanted to add or remove a handgun, so I decided to build a cleaner, more modular solution.

The base is a modified Safariland two-strap drop-leg platform. I removed the top “horns” and designed a custom belt adapter that lets it ride as high as a UBL mid-ride, giving better ergonomics and a slimmer profile.
Using the existing front and rear mounting holes, I added:

• A custom EMP pistol mag pouch
• An elastic TQ pouch for a SOF-T Wide

The result is a streamlined setup that covers the essentials — without having to constantly add or remove pouches from the belt just to run a handgun. Clean, simple, and purpose-built.

A new addition to the chest placcard.
I like to call it the "plus up".

It's a super slim elastic magazine pouch that can velcro itself shut to avoid excess bulk and snagging when not in use.

The main idea is that you place it on your gear if you want the ability to "plus up" on magazines every once in a while, without adding a full blown magazine pouch that will bulk up your gear when not in use.

Today's project: a one piece tegris adapter that turns any regular molle pouch into a dangler for a TAPS rig, this one in particular is showcasing a USMC assault pouch.

A little showcase of what we can make for custom projects.

Here we have a mini chest rig designed to hold nothing but an ATAK EUD, providing a very slimline land nav aid.

Since we were there already, we took the libery to make a tegris backer to reduce glare from the phone camera, and protect the phone.

And lastly, you already know you cant leave Marines alone with a laser cutter, so we decided to make a custom sized patch for the fun of it 🤙

Introducing the latest addition to the Leonworx lineup, the QD-NVL-S !

a budget-friendly quick-detach lanyard for NODs. It's a simpler, reliable option without the magnetic buckle or battery storage found on my V3 lanyards—perfect for a, no-frills setup.

The ITW Nexus buckle keeps it simple and durable, with repeatable tension for stability and easy attachment/detachment, even in the dark.

And just like the V3, it can attach to both hook and loop, and regular standard issue helmet covers !

Here we have the latest project where the customer brought us an HK21 machine gun tripod that he wanted pack straps for.

So we made a set of padded QD straps equipped with an adjustable sernum strap, HK hoooks, double stitching on the pull points, and emergency release buckles ! And the best part is that they weigh next to nothing and are super packable into a ruck, assault pack, or cargo pocket when not in use.

A new that I whipped up for myself.

I want to personally step away from the high speed minimalist loadout and focus more on a more traditional infantry style kit that allows me to plus up on gear if needed.

So I made a 4 magazine wide placcard / chest rig to accomodate 4 5.56 EMP pouches, an ATAK device, and a micro dangler from .ginoza from my Okinawa days so I can add upto 3 mags, water bottles, range finder, note taking gear, etc.

A way to turn any of your mag puches into 45 degree pouches utlizing the Molle Offest Adapter (MOA 45).

this little invention turns 3 vertical molle slots into 2 45 degree offset slots for use with any pouch you want.

The adapter is made out of laser cut laminate and Tegris to form a atrudy base fornyour mag pouches.

This moves pouches out of the way of legs, and puts them at a much more ergonomic angle for drawing mags quickly.

Here we have a for an node.

We laser cut a custom velcro adapter so the end user can attach the mesh net radio to the inside of a pack, allowing the device to sit higher up in the pack with the antenna sticking out and away from the rest of the pack's contents.

Little Showcase of the capabilites of the new 5.56 Enhanced Magazine Pouch (EMP) and the Modular Access Wing.

This setup allows you to run 4 magazines in a chest rig that is 3 mags wide, keeping everything nice and slim instead of hanging off the side like most 4 mag wide placcards.

Bringing new life to old surplus.

Here is a project where we brought this South African pattern 83 battle jacket into the 21 century.

- Updated all the triglides to fastex quick release buckles.

- Added strap retainers to all the adjustment straps to keep everything looking clean and snag free

- Added custom sections of flow through laser cut molle to the shoulders for the addition of pouches and routing cables

- Removed the divider in the back pannel and added a hanger for the use of a 3L water bladder

- Updated the adjustment system to have less straps, added loops for organization, and fit a wider variety of shooters
