A taste of luxury, locally crafted.

Catapult member Mark Sutton, founder of Andrew Logans, has been building his chocolate and confection business from Catapult since 2023. After receiving a $10,000 Launch Grant, he was able to invest in equipment that significantly increased his production capabilities. With the right resources, support from the community, and access to Catapult's kitchen space, Mark has been able to accelerate his growth and expand his reach across Lakeland and beyond!

Keep an eye out for Andrew Logan’s at coffee shops and retail locations throughout Lakeland and Winter Haven.
