The Jackson County DAC has made the difficult decision to close the doors to the DAC Treasure Chest on July 1st, 2024. After many years of serving our community's needs, we can no longer take on the financial burden of keeping it open. We did not make this decision lightly, but as we can continue to grow with the services we provide, we will use this space as additional work area for the people we support. We are excited for our growth and to create additional learning and work opportunities to those we support. The DAC will continue to accept material donations of any kind (clothing, bedding, curtains). We will use old material for our work contracts and any materials of quality, we will gladly sort and share with fellow organizations that provides for people in need. We will no longer be accepting items that are not material/clothing/bedding/etc. so please be considerate of this when generously donating to our program. Thank you for all your years of support! Our DAC is truly blessed with such a great community!
