I will host an indoor open house/semi-estate sale this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 1274 George Road, Forest, MS. April 1st: 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., April 2nd, 8:00a.m. until 5:00 p.m., April 3rd: 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Glassware, collectibles, some furniture items. Cash only and no holds. I will add pictures of some of the items that will be available as I sort through things (updating this post). The items pictured on The Button Jar will also be available for purchase.

What is your favorite thing to collect? Like, if you walk into a store with thousands of items, what kind of things catch your eye? I love pillows, old paintings of beautiful scenery, and items that inspire me to daydream about the original owner and how excited they must’ve been to own the item. Our precious Momma amassed a beautiful, hand-picked collection of antiques, glassware and other collectibles which she dreamt of reselling in her own antique store after retirement. Sadly, a terminal Illness consumed the last two years of her life. This page will serve as an online auction where we will showcase and offer some of these items. Once the page has grown to at least 200 followers, we will conduct our first auction. We genuinely appreciate your interest and help in sharing the page so that like-minded collectors can offer a special place for these items.
