Update! There were actually four people involved in the shoplifting incident.
The Lake Stevens Police Department were able to identify two of them from the video footage we showed them.
There is sufficient evidence to file charges, which the officer said he would do, and also trespass them from the store.
I cannot post names on here of the suspects, but they are known to law enforcement.
I actually gave the main suspect the opportunity to do the right thing by returning the items an our cart, but she denied any wrongdoing. (But also offered to give us a donation for some reason?)
Thank you to the community for your help in finding the suspects. (Especially S.S., your tip was the key!)

We are trying to help those in our community in need. Your donations are a key in providing this support. However, one of the obstacles we encounter is shoplifting. These two females came into our store around 6pm tonight and stole a cart overflowing with clothes. One watched the front and signaled the other when to bolt out the door. They even stole the cart. If you know who these people are, let us know so we can turn them in to the police.
