Are you a to***co or World War 1 collector?

This unique tin dates from 1917-1918, and includes the original paper factory seal stating “this band is your protection against war merchandise” - informing the consumer that the product was fresh, newly produced factory to***co, not war stockpiled military surplus.

The tins rounded “pocket” design was intended to fit nicely inside a gentleman’s coat or trouser pocket.
