😂 Well, this wasn’t on the career bingo card.

If you had told us a few years ago that we’d be sitting here shaking jars of pickles for a living, we probably would’ve laughed.

Yet here we are… shaking pickles, creating new flavors, loading freeze dryers, and somehow calling it work.

It’s a little weird.
It’s a lot of fun.
And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥒❤️

These pickles are doing their part — patiently hanging out in the freezer, waiting for temperatures to drop below freezing so the freeze-drying process can begin.

Meanwhile… my patience is running a little thinner than these pickle slices. 😅

Good things take time, and the flavor will be worth the wait. Until then, we’re over here checking temperatures every five minutes like it’s going to change the forecast. 🤣
