Life has been a whirlwind for me lately, those who know me personally know more details. The short version, I’ve been sick since the beginning of the year (literally NYE) and I have been recovering, adjusting, and coping. It’s a journey. So many changes had to be made and I am not someone who does well with a lot of change. 😅

Through all this, I’m doing my best to remain positive, hopeful, strong, & resilient. All these bracelets reflect many things I have been going through this year. They’re all something new and I’m quite proud of myself for them. 🥰

Shadow Work is simply put, working on what is in our shadows; our insecurities, our fears, our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions that we deemed “unacceptable” or “undesirable” in society. Though some may think these parts of us are not worthwhile, we are here to tell you that they are. ALL parts of you are worthy! 🥰

In the long run, not accepting and integrating our Shadow Selves will hinder us from becoming the best version of ourselves that we can be in life. Shadow Work is not easy; it is in the shadows for a reason, but we created our Shadow Work cards into 4 step decks. Taking a step at a time makes any journey just a little easier. 💜

Today, I am creative! That I was! The entire day has been spent designing and making my affirmation decks. They are now a set of 60 cards (all handmade, designed, & written by me) to shuffle and pick out to start your day! 🥰

I love becoming inspired whether it is from randomly hearing something, having a dream, watching a show, or just taking time to myself. All these aspects are what inspired my affirmation card decks. This design is dedicated to the winter solstice. The other designs are inspired by the summer solstice, autumn equinox, and the spring equinox! Those are times in our lives where things are changing. They are a time of growth, so all the cards are written with that in mind. 🥰

Each day, I will be picking out a card from one of my decks, depending on how I’m feeling that day. It could be an affirmation from my daily card decks, zodiac decks, chakra decks, mindful animals decks, card therapy decks, shadow work decks, or mindful metaphors decks. I’m excited to go on this journey of adding more positivity into the world, not just my own. Sometimes I forget that I wrote all of these, especially when I find one I really needed that day. 💜

This was my card today. The New Year if full of such uncertainty and it can leave us feeling scared and anxious. Having an anchor to keep us grounded is exactly what we need when we feel this way. My anchors are my partner in kind & whatever bracelet I wear that day. 🥰
