Beer Box Party Hats

Beer Box Party Hats We make hats from beer boxes or coke boxes or wine cooler boxes.....if it comes in a box we can make you a hat !!! The first ones were really ugly and crude.

To start with I would like to say this business was inspired by my dear friend Thomas. While taking care of him in the hospital 13 times in 13 months while living in a 32 foot RV. We had to find something to look forward to..... making us feel that our journey had a future. (knowing that our time was very limited because of his health) I started making a hat from a discarded beer box and it made

Thomas laugh! We personally did not drink beer so together we began dumpster diving ...LOL....literally...to find boxes to experiment with and perfect our design. But Thomas had so much fun wearing them that people started asking to buy them. So our adventure began in Texas .. from.....Dallas...to ...May bank....to....Mesquite ...to Gun Barrel City...for almost 2 years . As we stayed in all these hospitals we concentrated on making the hats and not the fact that his time was very limited on this earth. My dear friend passed away on March 23, 2013. He will forever be missed and loved. I couldn't even look at the hats for several months....but I now realize that Thomas would not want me to stop living . Beer Box Party Hats are not about drinking beer. They are about laughing and getting out of yourself even for just a little while...as Thomas and I did...during his illness. Our motto was and still is " We will not be held responsible for any attitude change once our hat is on your head ! " We gave away more hats than we sold...and I probably still do...if you have a Benefit or Poker Run for a good cause I will donate 3 hats for you to auction off...no questions asked !!! But now I am ready to make this a business...if God so sees fit.....I don't have a web site yet...so face book is where I am. It takes me almost 2 hours to make a standard hat. I ask $25.00 each. Buy 4 and get one free. This is where I will start and from there ...well God got me this far ...and NO
it is not about money !!!
