This ring was brought in for a missing stone replacement. After closer inspection and talking with the customer we could see the ring had severe chemical damage from years of overnight soaking in jewelry cleaner. Unfortunately this causes the metal to become weak and brittle and is irreversible. We weren’t able to repair her ring, but we were able to custom make her an exact replica of her original ring using her original diamonds 💎
