Sargent's Fine Jewelry presents the designs of over 25 local and international designers including Gloria Madden, Pratima, Carl Grundy, The Boys, Starborn, Paula Nurse, Diane Sowers, Roxanne Beebe, Bruce Tapley, Gary Ewing, and Cathleen Bunt. We are extremely proud of the talented group of designers and artists that we showcase in our store. Many of our designs are one of a kind and most of our artists are happy to customize a completely unique design just for you!

Citrine and Amethyst- best of both worlds!

The best of both worlds. Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz while citrine is the yellow to orange variety of quartz. Separately, they are gems with complementary colors. Combined in the same crystal as ametrine (shortened name for amethyst-citrine), they make gem masterpieces! Its color zoning is caused by different oxidation states of iron during crystal formation. These vivid ametrines have been fantasy cut to make them even more fantastic! They remind us of tie-dye and sunsets. What do they bring to mind for you?
