Having tall centerpieces included in your floral details for your wedding is definitely a YESSS!!! Plus they provide beautiful backdrops for taking pictures. They make for the perfect statement pieces for setting the right tone,ambiance, and flow of your wedding. They are also great for repurposing from ceremony to reception. Ask your florist, planner, and designer if they offer services for moving tall centerpieces from from one place to the next. Floral designers will usually charge for these services to stay on site or to come back and make these moves possible. It always good to have a plan in place!🤗

I wanted to let my brides, past clients,vendors,friends,followers, and family know that I got hacked on my business Instagram page. I have been locked out of my account and unable send out messages and stop story postings. All of my followers are getting messaged about me being in a contest and needing personal information from you. They also want you to click on a link. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! That is how they are able to take over social media accounts. For the past few days I have been feeling upset, hurt,confused, and disappointed. You put so much work into something, 5+ years of hard work and this happens...It's been such a headache dealing with this. I tried to follow all of the instagram instructions on getting back into my account but it's no use. The hacker out smarted instagram. I do apologize to anyone who was affected by this. 😔 If I was able to get back on my account I would have done something to try and prevent more people from falling into this trap. I wanted to reach out on this matter so that I can bring awareness to all of my friends who own a business, brides, and anyone who has a personal account don't be fooled by this. In the result of this, I will be starting a new Instagram business page soon. I will make a post saying the new page. If yall can please help a girl out and follow that would be great! It's just going to be a process to rebuild my page plus I have a wedding to work this week so if your a florist or in the wedding industry then you know!😣😣😣⚘️⚘️⚘️

It's been awhile since I had an introduction. So I am starting my Friday morning off just right by giving a little intro. My name is Paige and I am the owner and lead designer of Oak and Willow Floral Design. I've been in business for 5 years and still going strong! We are based out of Lafayette but are open to travel. Our floral design business handles weddings and events. I absolutely LOVE what I do!!! Creating art with beautiful blooms provides the perfect therapy. I am definitely excited about the month of April since we are getting into warmer weather, flowers in bloom and its my birthday month!!!! I will be turning 34 in the next few days welcoming a new year for a time to grow, learn, and seize new opportunities. I know its been some time since I've posted on social media. I've been M.I.A. for awhile trying to balance work and personal life which by the way it's been a little challenging. Especially, since I've been in New Orleans for work since October. But, soon things will be slowing down for me and I will make my way back to Lafayette. But moving forward, I will be posting more and getting back into the swing of things so please bear with me!✨✨✨
