Returns and exchanges must be approved by the company and you must be given an approval code. The shipment must be made within 7 business day after receiving the item. P Returns must be in NEW condition, with tags still attached and cannot be worn, altered or washed. Articles received in worn condition will not be refunded. Southern Spice Boutique reserves t
he right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. You may NOT return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, jewelry, boot socks, undershirts, scarves, belts and gift certificates.
*All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you. Return Instructions:
*You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
*In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
*Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
*Once your package is received please allow 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received. Exchange Instructions:
Once we receive the exchanged item, we will email you to place an order for the item you wish to exchange for and make note in the comments section at checkout that you are exchanging. We will ship your new order to you immediately. Store Credit Option:
If you would rather opt for a store credit at this time rather that exchanging immediately, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item for an approval code. Once we receive the item we will email you a conformation number and issue a store credit. Thank you for your business.
