With the help of a few faithful followers, new color, Shrovetide! It’s not a one and done, it’s a three day event!

I wouldn’t think I would need to say this, but, if you type sold… I do expect you to pay. I’ve never felt the need to put a time limit on this in the past 6 years, but let’s just say within 24 hours. AND! Communication is key! If I don’t at least get a response almost immediately, I’m going to assume you’re a non payer, and probably wouldn’t have purchased from me anyways. Boot, door, closed! I get asked a lot about how to fish the 1.25” Galaxy Grub. Yes, any jighead will work in your favorite sizes.

These are the two options I typically use.

1) Standard no frills Pillhead style jig. Shown with a simple #6 hook and 1/16 size. While I recommend the #6 hook… your favorite weights will do the job.

2) The Galaxy Jig! It only comes in one size (a larger version is available on the website for the weighted Stickbait guys) 1/16 #6 Widegap Wacky hook.

I prefer the Galaxy Jig, but like stated before, there are no specialized Jigheads for the crappie sized urchin baits.

I will be getting both of these options added to the website with color for those of you that want it. Our Ice Jig is already available on the sight and it to will work, 1/16 #6.

With no doubt someone probably has something special to contradict this info, but I’ve literally caught 100’s or panfish/crappie, and the occasional bass, using the above options. We don’t have to make it difficult.
