These last two years can’t go fast enough…
First they stripped back what’s legal to sell to the point of running most shops into the ground. Now you need $1M insurance policy, bars on windows & doors, a security system monitored by a remote contact center that will dispatch police, 24-hour video surveillance on all points on entry, areas for gun storage, and customer access areas that is retained for years, and a WHOLE LOT more.
And what’s the point? Even if police get there, they can’t pursue the stolen car that’s fleeing the scene. I can’t wait to live somewhere that they car more about law abiding citizens than they do about criminals.
Gun shops will be required to, among other things, install systems to record customers if the bill is signed by the governor.
