This idea started in my head 1.2 years ago. As soon as Arlyn Long heard about it, he designed the 3D model. We’ve cut the tubing, put all together and drove to Portland to Oregon Food Trucks to have it installed on the roof. The LED panels are the last piece of the puzzle, I’ve been waiting for the for eight months. Now, the plan is to power it and mount it in the roof frame.

Cleaning the hood filters is new to me as in the previous food trucks there was no cooking/grilling going on and the hoods were not used at all. Now, using the grill brings as a consequence cleaning the hood filters when needed.. I enjoyed the process and I already have ideas to make it more efficient next time.
