Tennessee Farmers Cooperative Tennessee Farmers Cooperative is a farm supply cooperative with 42 member Co-ops across the state. You don't have to be a member to shop at your local Co-op!

Congratulations to the graduates of the Tennessee Agriculture and Forestry Leadership Program (TAFLP)! 🥳

We are especially proud to recognize our board members Benjie Daniel, Matthew Miller, and Robert Thompson, who were members of the inaugural TAFLP class.

This program brings together agricultural leaders from across the state who are committed to personal and professional growth while gaining a deeper understanding of Tennessee’s agriculture and forestry industries. Through leadership development, education, and experiences across the state, TAFLP graduates are equipped to serve their communities and help move these important industries forward.

Congratulations to the graduates on this achievement! 👏🏻

Happy National Honey Bee Day! 🐝 Today, we're celebrating the tiny pollinators that play a huge role in our food supply and the beekeepers who work hard to care for them.

In the current issue of The Cooperator, meet Jody Pritchett of Cave Creek Bee Company, a United Co-op employee and longtime beekeeper who manages thousands of bees and is passionate about supporting pollinators. Read Jody's story in the current issue of The Cooperator at www.ourcoop.com/the-cooperator and learn more about why these incredible pollinators matter! 🍯

This summer, we welcomed our 2026 Co-op Scholars to Tennessee Farmers Cooperative headquarters for the inaugural Co-op Scholars' Summit! 🥳 Throughout the day, students connected with Tennessee Farmers Cooperative leaders, explored career opportunities in agriculture, learned about the cooperative business model, and participated in leadership development sessions designed to prepare them for future success.
The Summit also provided an opportunity for scholarship recipients from across Tennessee to build relationships with one another and gain a deeper understanding of how cooperatives support agriculture, rural communities, and the next generation of leaders.
As one scholar shared, "Co-op is truly about community."
We are proud to invest in these outstanding students and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in agriculture and beyond.👏🏻
