With some helpful clues and careful planning you can now choose to be more cheerful. Seek out small pleasures such as nice tea more beautiful flowers or good luck with friends or a favorite movie. Go on a daily walk or take time to look at the stars. Play more even if it’s for a few minutes. Be sure to create time for yourself and the things to bring you to cheer every day. The more action should take towards your happiness, the more ingrained these pleasurable habits will be… Thoughtfulness. This should be an easy thing to accomplish as we spend most of our waking hours thinking about things. And yet most thoughts fly through our minds unbidden and unnoticed.
