After 12 years doing the winter sportsman's show circuit, Penny and I decided enough was enough. Still doing the internet sales, but we will not miss all that at times severe winter driving, long hours, hotel rooms, diners, and all of the other pleasures and privileges that go with doing the shows.
We will miss the many wonderful friends we made over the years, and will miss seeing returning customers at the shows. We have seen some of their children go from toddlers to strapping teens.
I will keep "ahead" of the science curve in our wonderful sport, and have planned many more informative articles to share.
And, since I won't have to make as much tackle, I might actually have time to do some fishing myself.
Soon as all this snow melts.

Working hard the past couple of days on the Super Squids. Made some minor improvements for this year on the 4mm pivot bead.
It has been quite the winter so far. About 3 1/2 feet of snow on the ground at the moment here in La Pine, OR. Water content 10-20% above normal at the local higher elavations. This is the kind of winter that really makes Spring special.
