I’m stepping outside of my comfort zone this year and getting in front of the camera to share something I genuinely love - incredible olive oils, infused balsamics, unexpected pairings and all the ways you can use them at home.

Olivaceto has more than 40 flavors of artisan oils and vinegars to taste and discover, so trust me...we have plenty to talk & dance about.

🍗 Creamy Bell Pepper Chicken over Rice
Serves 6

This one was so easy to make and came out delicious!

I started by adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil to an oven safe pan. I used our Italian Coratina Extra Virgin olive oil for that bold, peppery flavor and a little Baklouti Green Chili olive oil to give it a little kick.

I added two 6.7 oz jars of our delicious Italian Creamy Bell Pepper sauce and 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, Sicilian Oregano, stirred everything together and let the sauce come to a simmer.

Once simmering, I added 2 pounds of thin chicken breasts, making sure they were nicely covered in that creamy sauce.

I covered the pan and baked it at 375°F for 25 minutes. Then I removed the lid and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes uncovered.

Served over white rice with green peas to soak up all that delicious sauce. Simple and SO good!

Super simple, creamy, flavorful, and enough to feed 6 people!
