Hey everyone, it’s Thursday! We have 1/4 of beef left for our May appointment that is still available. Beef will be going to the butcher to be processed next week.

We also have additional appointments for wholes, 1/2 and 1/4 in June and later in the season. This is a great opportunity to load up your freezer for the summer get together and parties!

We still have freezer chickens available for purchase.
