Monday evening I injured my left foot stepping down off an inappropriate chair instead of using an actual step ladder like a sensible person.

Because of everything I went through with my right ankle a year and a half ago, I did go to the ER Tuesday and thankfully X-rays showed no fractures or broken bones… just a pretty bad sprain. 🙄

Now that I’m at least somewhat able to hobble around the house with my walking boot and crutches, I attempted to see if I could make my car work well enough to get to the shop tomorrow. Unfortunately I discovered I cannot fully depress the clutch with my left foot to even start the car, which means I am currently stranded and unable to make it in to work.

So sadly Inner Perfect will be closed tomorrow (and possibly Saturday, but I’ll keep y’all posted) while I continue my glamorous life of icing my foot, limping to the kitchen and reconsidering my life choices.

I truly hate having to close and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while I heal. Hoping this is temporary and I’ll be back in the shop as soon as I can safely manage it.
