A Statement from The Daily Brick-
Over the past several days, we have received questions regarding recent news and discussions involving other LEGO resale businesses.
Before anything else, our hearts go out to the father and son at the center of this situation, as well as the original store owners whose lives and livelihoods have been affected by these events. No family should have to endure the stress, uncertainty, and public attention that comes with a dispute involving something they worked so hard to build and preserve. They deserve support, understanding, and kindness from the LEGO community.
The LEGO community is built on creativity, friendship, trust, and shared passion. When situations like this arise, they affect more than just those directly involved—they impact the confidence and trust of collectors, families, and fans everywhere.
We also want to be very clear:
The Daily Brick is independently owned and operated. We are not affiliated with Bricks & Minifigs or any other LEGO resale chain, franchise, or organization.
The Daily Brick was built from the ground up by our family through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for LEGO. Every policy, procedure, and business decision has been developed independently and is based on fairness, transparency, and respect for our customers.
Since opening our doors nearly two years ago, we have always been upfront about how we do business. Our Buy, Sell, and Trade policies are publicly available on our website, shared on our social media platforms, and posted in our store. We have never felt the need to hide our policies because we stand behind them.
Trust is earned every day. Whether a customer is purchasing a single minifigure, trading in a collection, or selling a lifetime of LEGO sets, we understand the responsibility that comes with handling items that often carry both financial and sentimental value.
