Hey folks. First of all, Happy Thanksgiving!

I know it's been a while, but I wanted to leave an update. After a lot of consideration, I've decided that I won't keep updating this page anymore. I kept it as a tribute to the shop and our community, and mostly I did it because I couldn't let the memory of the shop go. Well, the old shop is now a massage parlor, I've moved to a new LCS, and I've been posting less & less here over the months of pandemic.

When Corner closed & Russ took me in, at first I had to actively remind myself when I answered the phone at Mill Geek to not automatically say "Corner Comics" after 11 years. Now I'm at a point where it doesn't even cross my mind anymore, and I've had such an opportunity to grow here that it really feels like home. I guess I feel like I'm finally in a place where I can let Corner be in the past, celebrate it, and move forward.

If you are looking for a new LCS, please consider Mill Geek Comics in Mill Creek - just a hop, skip, and a jump up the freeway from Totem Lake. It's a really great (and really big) shop with a ton of back issues and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm there 4 days a week & would love to catch up.

So anyway, before this drags on forever, I just want to thank you all for being part of the Corner Comics community and for giving me a home & such wonderful friendships for so many years. I love and appreciate each and every one of you and wish all of you my utter best. So long & thanks for all the fish. 🙂🐬

Venom 2: not bad, kinda meh. Fun buddy comedy, but nothing groundbreaking. Very tight pacing, especially for a shorter movie - only 90 min. Make sure you stick around for the stinger. It's a big one.
