Due to some recent issues with not being compensated for completed wreaths ( I put a lot of time and energy in to my custom creations), I now require a 50% deposit via Paypal, check
(mailed and cleared prior to creation) or money order. Don't have a Paypal account, don't worry, the invoice will be emailed to you and Paypal will prompt you through the payment process. If you are local and prefer not to pay via mailed check, money order or Paypal invoice, I can provide my address so that you can drop payment off or I will be happy to meet you if you are within a 20 miles of Kingstree. Rush Fee Policy: Any orders that are needed sooner than 1 week will require a $10 rush fee. NO SHOW POLICY (for local pick up): If the customer does not show up at scheduled meet that was agreed on by both myself and customer there are 2 options available to receive wreath:
1. customer may come to my location at hers/his convenience. I am located in Kingstree (address to be given if pick up is needed).
2. If another meet is scheduled a $5 rescheduling fee to be paid via paypal invoice or mailed check.
3. Wreath can be shipped, shipping normally costs about $9 to $17 depending on size/weight of wreath and destination zip code. SHIPPING Policy: I am located in Kingstree, SC. If you are local to Kingstree I would be happy to meet you to get your wreath to you. If shipping is needed I request your zip code so I can determine the exact cost for shipping. Shipping of the 18 inch size is most always $14 to $18, and shipping of the 21 and 24 inch sizes is about $16 to $20 depending on destination zip code. Shipping cost includes postage amount and packaging materials and insurance on the package. Once your item is shipped I will immediately send you the track and confirm link along with your tracking number so you can stay up to date on the shipping of your wreath. Returns/Refunds Policy: Due to the customized nature of my work per customer choices, I do not offer returns/refunds on wreaths, or other products. All sizing information is provided to the customer during the inquiry/conversation. Customer is responsible for checking to make sure that the size is exactly what they are wanting by measuring the door it is to go on to be certain it is what size they are looking for.
